• The client agrees to provide accurate billing and payment information.
• Work may be paused or delayed if required payments are not received on time.

4. Project Timelines

Delivery timelines are discussed and agreed before the project starts. Any timeline provided by RankFast LLC is an estimate based on the available information, client cooperation, and project complexity.

• Delays caused by missing content, approvals, or access from the client may extend delivery time.
• Reasonable effort will be made to complete work within the agreed timeframe.
• Unexpected technical or third-party issues may impact project schedules.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project completion, the client agrees to provide all necessary materials, feedback, approvals, and access credentials on time.

• Content, branding assets, and required business information must be provided by the client unless otherwise agreed.
• Delayed responses from the client may affect delivery timelines.
• The client is responsible for reviewing submitted work and providing timely feedback.

6. Revisions

Revisions may be included depending on the service package or agreed scope. Requests that go beyond the original scope may require additional time and extra charges.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are handled according to project progress and service completion status.

• Refunds may be considered if RankFast LLC fails to complete the project within the agreed scope and reasonable timeline.
• No refund will be provided once the service has been completed and the final work has been delivered to the client.
• If the client cancels after work has already started, any refund decision will depend on the amount of work completed.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the final approved deliverables will belong to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. RankFast LLC retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies unless a separate confidentiality agreement applies.

9. Limitation of Liability

RankFast LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to lost profits, lost leads, ranking fluctuations, ad platform issues, third-party service disruptions, hosting problems, plugin conflicts, or delays caused by external providers.

10. No Guarantee of Specific Results

While RankFast LLC works to provide high-quality services and professional results, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, lead volume, sales outcomes, or business growth. Performance may vary depending on industry, competition, market conditions, and third-party platforms.

11. Termination

RankFast LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the client violates these terms, engages in abusive conduct, or fails to provide necessary cooperation for project completion.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after such updates means you accept the revised terms.
