Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are generally considered final. However, refunds and cancellations may be considered under specific conditions described below.

2. Order Confirmation

Once a client confirms an order and payment is made, the project is considered active and work may begin.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may request cancellation before work has started.
• If work has already started, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on project progress.
• Cancellation after significant work has been completed may not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

• Full or partial refund may be provided if the project is not completed as agreed.
• No refund will be issued once the service has been fully completed and delivered.
• If the client cancels after work has started, the refund (if any) will depend on the amount of work already completed.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• Completed and delivered services
• Client dissatisfaction after delivery without valid service failure
• Delays caused by the client (missing content, no response, etc.)
• Change of mind after project completion

6. Project Delays

If a project is delayed due to lack of communication, missing materials, or client-side issues, RankFast LLC is not responsible for refund obligations related to such delays.

7. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
