By accessing or using any services provided by Rank Fast LLC, you agree to be bound by the following terms. We offer digital services including Shopify development, website design, SEO, branding, and eCommerce automation.
All projects require upfront payment or milestone-based payments as agreed upon. Once work begins, payments are non-refundable. Clients are expected to provide timely access, content, logins, and clear feedback to avoid delays. We include minor revisions in most projects, but major changes or new requests outside the original scope may require additional payment.
Project timelines are estimates and may shift based on client responsiveness. Upon final payment, clients own full rights to the completed work; however, we reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing. Rank Fast LLC is not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or business due to third-party tools, hosting issues, or delays not caused by us.
We reserve the right to cancel or pause any project in cases of non-payment, disrespectful communication, or policy violations. Use of our services for illegal, misleading, or unethical purposes is strictly prohibited. These terms may be updated at any time, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
